We offer worldwide shipping — by air, sea, or courier, depending on the product type, quantity, and shipping destination.
Because we work with multiple suppliers and different product categories, production and delivery times vary. Shipping times can range from 10 to 70 business days, depending on the level of customization, quantity, and shipping method. An estimated delivery time will be provided during the checkout process.
Shipping prices are calculated by weight, dimensions, quantity, and destination. These rates reflect the policies of the shipping companies we work with, and each weight is rounded up to the nearest whole unit, in accordance with the requirements of our logistics providers.

Returns and Refunds Policy

All of our orders are custom made and printed on demand. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and a description of the problem. Once approved, we will ship a replacement product or issue a full refund — including shipping costs — at no additional charge.

Please note:

• Returns due to change of mind, size errors (unless an incorrect label was specified), or delays within the normal production time frame are not eligible for a refund.
• Sample orders are non-refundable.
