Yes. You can use our design tools or upload files. We will make basic adjustments at no cost, and there are also professional design services available as needed.
Yes. Many of the products have downloadable 3D renderings and visualizations in the design tool.

We can strive for a match if you provide Pantone codes. There may be slight variations due to material and printing method. For stricter matching, it is recommended to order a physical sample.
MOQ varies by product and printing method. Some products have a lower MOQ and some packaging products require a higher MOQ. Check the product page or request a quote.

Yes—you can receive a physical sample or a pre-production sample. There may be sample costs that are credited to the volume production.
The price depends on the product, material, printing method, and quantity. There are pricing tiers for quantities (for example: 2–100, 101–300, …).
Production times depend on the product and quantity. Common ranges: 3–12 business days for apparel/hats/drinks and 7–20 business days for packaging, after approval of the visualization.
Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and economical air/sea options. Price depends on destination, weight/volume and speed. Send country and order details for estimate.
Express shipping usually arrives within 3–10 business days after production. Economy/Sea routes are usually around 20–65 days depending on route and customs. Some fast-moving items (e.g. bracelets) can take around 2 weeks end-to-end via Express.
Yes. We ship from China and Israel via DHL, FedEx, and UPS (express), as well as economy air/sea options. Every order includes tracking.
You can track your order in My Account → Orders. A tracking link will be sent to you via email when your order ships.

Usually yes, before production begins. After the visualization is approved or production begins, options are limited and there may be costs. Send us your order number and we will direct you.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. If it is already on its way, we will request a reroute from the courier (additional charges may apply).
Yes. We keep the approved files for repeat orders. Send previous order number and any changes required.
Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash on delivery is not supported.
In the Israeli store, prices include VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes. An invoice (including VAT if applicable) is sent by email and is available in My Account → Orders.
Every order undergoes quality control. In case of a defect or significant printing error, please report it within 10 days with clear photos/video and order number. Eligible cases will be given priority for reprinting.
There is usually no color limit. If matching brand colors is required, provide Pantone codes and we will try to match (see “Color Matching”).
It is a weight per square meter (a measure of the thickness/weight of paper/textile). We offer common paper types, kraft, coated cardboard and textiles.
