Welcome to STOCKKA, an online platform for custom print-on-demand products. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.stoc-ka.com] (the “Site”) and the services provided by Stocka Ltd. (“STOCKA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Service

By accessing or using the Site, including uploading designs, customizing products, or placing orders, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity. We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through notices on the Site. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes acceptance.

Licensing and Access

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal and commercial purposes. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved by STOCKKA.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including designs, software, text, graphics, and technology—is the exclusive property of STOCKKA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without prior written consent.

Custom Content and User Responsibility

You may upload or design custom content (“User Content”) for product printing. You are solely responsible for ensuring that: You have the legal right to use and upload the content The content does not infringe intellectual property rights or any applicable laws The content is not offensive, defamatory, or unlawful By uploading content, you grant STOCKKA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit, and display the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and operating the platform. You also waive any moral rights in the content and confirm that any third-party creators have granted similar waivers.

Orders, Pricing & Fulfillment

STOCKKA allows customers to design and order over 470 customizable print-on-demand products.
    • Orders undergo human review before production
    • Orders may be rejected or modified if content violates these Terms Production and fulfillment are done in China and Israel
    • Delivery takes up to 65 days depending on production and logistics
    • Orders may ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, or sea freight
      • All prices are in NIS or USD and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.

    Payment

    We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other express payments.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not supported. All payments must be completed at checkout to begin production.

    Returns & Refunds

    Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns except in the following cases:
  • Defective or damaged items (not caused by user design)
  • Misprinted or incorrectly fulfilled orders
    • You must notify us within 21 days of receiving your order to request a reprint or refund. Please include clear evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to request return of the product in its original packaging.

    Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

    All shipments include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other logistics disruptions. We currently ship within Israel. International shipping will be available soon. STOCKKA is not responsible for:
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Missed deliveries due to customer absence
  • Customs delays or import duties

    Limitation of Liability

    Except as stated above, all products and services are provided “as-is.”
 STOCKKA shall not be liable for:
  • Minor color or size differences (up to 15% deviation is acceptable)
  • Loss of data or content
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics or service providers
    • You agree to verify your content and design thoroughly before confirming the order.

    Account Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    Termination

    STOCKKA may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, excluding its conflict of law principles.
 Jurisdiction is exclusively granted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
